Ladies and Gents WA 1440, Metrics I to V (inclusive).

All UK Record Status.

Four archers per boss.

Target bosses will be a mixture of straw and layered foam.

First two distances – Ends of 6 arrows in 4 minutes.

Last two distances – Ends of 3 arrows in 2 minutes.

Start of Shoot: 10.00

Entry Fee: £12.00

The target list and results will be sent by email.  To receive paper copies of the target list and results please send two large stamped addressed envelopes with your entry form.

Age: As at 16th June 2019 

Dress Regulations: Archery GB dress regulations as shown in Rule 307 will apply. 

Drug Testing: This is a record status shoot and will be liable for drug testing.  Competitors approached to give a sample must comply.  If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result.  Where an entry form contains one or more junior entries, the parents or guardians must countersign the form to signify that they consent to their child being tested if approached. 

Awards: Dependant on entries. 

Trophies: All trophies must be signed for by an adult.

By signing for a trophy the signatory is agreeing to return the trophy to the CWAA Tournaments Organise at or before the 2020 Championships.

Photography: In view of the provisions of the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, anyone wishing to take photographs or videos at this tournament must register with the tournament organiser.

Smoking: The school is a no smoking site.  Anyone wishing to smoke will have to go outside of the school gates.  This also applies to those using electronic cigarettes or vaping.

Lost arrows: Lost arrows must be reported to a judge or member of the field party.  Please remember to inform them when the arrow is found.  It is the archer’s responsibility to account for all arrows before leaving the field.
